1. Eligibility for Return

• You can return a product if all these conditions are met:
• You tell us about the return within 7 days of delivery.
  The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• You provide the invoice or purchase receipt.
• Returns are not allowed for custom or bulk orders.

2. Reasons for Accepting Returns

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product was broken or damaged when delivered.
• There was a problem supplying your pre-ordered product.
• The product does not match the given specifications or features.

3. Return Process

• Send us a picture of the product, your order number, and a description of the problem.
• Our customer support team will review and approve the return if eligible.
• If approved, you must send the product to our given address.
• After we check the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Method

• After we check your returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• The refund will be given in the same way you paid (bKash/bank/Nagad).
• Refunds are not available for custom or bulk orders.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

You cannot return the following items:

• Used walkie-talkies or any items where the box has been opened.
• Custom frequency or programmed devices.
• Chargers, batteries, or accessories.
• Special discount or final sale products.

6. Damaged Product on Delivery

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery:

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Send us proof (videos/pictures) of the damage.
• Collect a receiving report from the delivery agent if possible.
